For 12 years, I battled debilitating public speaking anxiety. Panic attacks started at age 17 and controlled my life until I was 29. I couldn’t graduate college on time because I dropped courses requiring speaking. Jobs were out of reach. My world kept shrinking.
Then a 16-week public speaking phobia program changed everything. It introduced me to the techniques that eventually led to executive positions in corporations and tech startups—roles requiring constant high-pressure speaking.
The MAP System is the culmination of 60+ years of anxiety research, combined with my personal journey from panic to confidence. This is personal for me—and I’m here to support you on your journey.
